What you learn
- How to brew beer using full-grain mash technique
- The different flavours from different grains and hops
- The differences between ales, lagers and stouts
- How to ferment using dried or fresh yeast
- How to bottle and store beer – it can last for years!
How many people?
To ensure maximum value for all attendees, I like to keep these sessions small – no more than 8 people per session. If there are two or more of you booking together there are discounts available (2 people = £50 each, 3 or more = £40 each).
