A South Pacific Pale Ale brewed with Maris Otter (low colour) and fermented cold (15 degrees C) for a clean, lager-like taste. Biscuity malt flavours were imparted (subtly) by the addition of Vienna and Caramalt. Heavily hopped with Wai-Iti hops, but backed up by a little American hop muscle to broaden the flavour profile a little.
